Orange You Glad I Didn't Call You Honey

A Bakalya inspired Saison with orange, lemon, honey and cardamon

Orange You Glad I Didn’t Call you Honey is a mixed culture French Saison fermented with Brettanomyces and brewed with fresh orange, lemon, orange blossom honey, and green cardamom. Hazy and pale orange in color, this Saison smells of freshly ground cardamom and citrus. Esters and spicy phenols are also detectable. Herbal, cardamom flavors move into fruit esters, citrus, and brett. As the beer warms, orange blossom honey is detectable.
