On this episode of the Short’s Cast Bridgett and Gillian sit down with Head Pub Brewer Ryan Hale, and Head Beer Liberator, Jon Wojtowicz aka “Woj”. Ryan and Woj speak with us about the history of stouts and share some insight into Short’s philosophy on stouts. This year, we are happy to have released five new stouts at our annual Brewski Bash (four of which you can find on tap at the pub, today).
Ryan and Woj walk Bridgett and Gillian through the process of how Short’s develops beer descriptions through a specific tasting process. On our tasting menu for this episode are new stouts “Swirl Stout,” “Chocolate Covered Pretzel Stout” and “Cone Thugs” as well as an old favorite, “Smugglin’ Plums.”
